Portion Size Guide
Three ounces of beef? Two-thirds cup of cooked pasta? Unless you carry your set of measuring spoons and cups and a kitchen scale with you wherever you go, it's not easy to know how big that serving really is.

To help you assess portion sizes, we use both standard measurements and the ChangeOne portion-size guide. Make it a point to get the items we use as guides and hold them in your hands to get a clear sense of correct portion sizes.
