Tropical Smoothie
Quick & Easy!
Quick, easy, and delicious, this refreshing drink is also packed with calcium and protein.

INGREDIENTS: 1 mango, cut into cubes
1 banana, cut into large chunks
1 cup pineapple chunks
1 kiwifruit, peeled and sliced
2 cups plain nonfat yogurt
1 cup ice cubes

DIRECTIONS: 1. Combine mango, banana, pineapple, kiwi, yogurt, and ice cubes in a blender. Puree until smooth and thick.
2. Pour into 4 tall glasses.
3. Freeze leftovers in sealable plastic containers. To defrost, microwave for 30 to 60 seconds and stir to blend.
