PB Apple Sandwich
Quick & Easy!
Here's a new twist on an old favorite. It's a perfect brown-bagger for those who are always on the run.

INGREDIENTS: 1 tablespoon peanut butter
1 tablespoon part skim ricotta cheese
3 or 4 apple slices
1 whole-wheat English muffin

DIRECTIONS: Combine peanut butter and ricotta cheese with a fork until well blended and creamy. Spread on English muffin. Top with apple slices.
