This jazzed-up yogurt is a quick and healthy way to eat breakfast.

TOTAL TIME: 5 minutes
NUMBER OF SERVINGS: 1
INGREDIENTS:
1 container (8 ounces) nonfat artificially sweetened vanilla yogurt
1/2 cup blueberries
1/4 cup bran cereal
DIRECTIONS:
Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Serve immediately.
