Tropical Soy Smoothie

Quick & Easy!
Here's a delicious way to add some soy to your diet. The fruit supplies a good amount of vitamin C and beta-carotene.

TOTAL TIME: 10 minutes
NUMBER OF SERVINGS: 1
INGREDIENTS:
1/4 cup pineapple cubes
1/4 cup mango cubes
2 strawberries, hulled
1 cup plain low-fat soy milk
1 tablespoon lime juice (1/2 lime)
DIRECTIONS:
Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor. Pulse until smooth, stopping to scrape down the sides of the container if necessary. Pour into a tall glass. Makes 1 (12 ounce) serving.

Per serving: Calories 145, fat 2.5 g, saturated fat 0 g, cholesterol 0 mg, sodium 97 mg, carbohydrate 30 g, fiber 2 g, protein 5 g.
