Not only is this healthy snack quick but it's delicious too! The microwave cuts down the cooking time, making satisfaction just minutes away.

TOTAL TIME: 4 minutes
NUMBER OF SERVINGS: 1
INGREDIENTS:
1 medium-size apple (not Red Delicious), cored
1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon sugar
DIRECTIONS:
Place apple in a microwaveproof bowl. Sprinkle inside with cinnamon and sugar. Cover. Microwave on High 3 minutes, or until apple is soft.
