INGREDIENTS: 1 medium-size apple (not Red Delicious), cored
1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon sugar |

DIRECTIONS: Place apple in a microwaveproof bowl. Sprinkle inside with cinnamon and sugar. Cover. Microwave on High 3 minutes, or until apple is soft.
